As part of his Policing Friendship Tour, Policing Insight and PolicingTV Publisher Bernard Rix met Chief Inspector Maria Gonzalez Martin, of the Spanish National Police’s Centro de Inteligencia contra el Terrorismo y el Crimen Organizado (CITCO, the Intelligence Center for Counter-Terrorism and Organized Crime) at the recent International Organised Crime Summit in Santiago, Chile, organised by Policía de Investigaciones de Chile (PDI Chile).
