As part of his Policing Friendship Tour, Policing Insight and PolicingTV Publisher Bernard Rix met Policía de Investigaciones de Chile (PDI) Catalina Berria Becerra of the PDI Chile International Co-operation Department, at their recent International Organised Crime Summit in Santiago, Chile.
