The first National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) Serious Organised Acquisitive Crime Conference (SOAC) recently took place in Cardiff, Wales. PolicingTV was invited to attend, and filmed a number of contributions from those at the conference. This is the second PolicingTV video from the conference, in a series of two.

In this latest video, we meet Gwent Police’s Ch Supt Carl Williams, Staff Officer to NPCC Portfolio Lead on Serious Organised Acquisitive Crime, who has played a key role in the conference, and who introduces us to a number of exhibitors.

We then hear thoughts on the conference from some of the attendees, before hearing some final thoughts from DCC Amanda Blakeman, NPCC SOAC Portfolio lead.
