Earlier this year, the International Police Association (IPA) hosted their World Congress in Lloret de Mar, Spain.

 

This video features the Keynote Speech from IPA World President, Pierre-Martin Moulin of Switzerland, welcoming delegates to the first in-person World Congress in three years. The World Congresses for the previous two years were held online because of the global pandemic.
