With £140 million invested to modernise police data and technology over the next three years, including £75 million for PoliceAI, join Westminster Insight’s AI in Policing Conference in December to hear the latest plans to scale up, evaluate and roll out AI tools in policing and criminal justice.
Moving from pilot to national delivery, PoliceAI will deliver a keynote address detailing their next steps, including the planned AI lab, de-risking procurement, and scaling tested innovations across forces.
Kate Fisher-Stevens, Director of the National Data and Analytics Office at the NPCC will cover data – the key ingredient for safe, responsible, and reliable innovation across policing.

We will address recommendations from Jonathan Fisher KC’s Independent Review of Disclosure and Fraud Offences. Dan James, Director, Justice AI Unit at the MoJ, and Fiona Rutherford, Chief Executive, JUSTICE will share ongoing work to pilot tools and embed AI in the justice system.
As AI tools improve, we will review early learnings and approaches to workforce readiness with the Open University and Avon and Somerset Police. Real-life case studies will cover transformation, and innovation in policing.
