Hosted by the Edmonton Police Service and presented in cooperation with the Canadian Society of Evidence-Based Policing (Can-SEBP), the Building Bridges: Evidence-Based Policing Conference comes to Western Canada for the first time, October 7 – 8 in Edmonton.

The conference will bring together police professionals, researchers, academics, and public safety partners from Canada and beyond to share knowledge, challenge conventional thinking and explore practical approaches shaping modern policing.

Internationally recognized speakers Dr. Lawrence Sherman, Dr. Cynthia Lum, Alex Murray, and Dr. Isabelle Bartkowiak-Théron will join presenters exploring crime prevention, operational strategies, leadership, emerging technology, analytics, organizational effectiveness, community engagement, and more.
