Ahead of this year’s ASEANAPOL Conference, we take a look back at last year’s event with the introduction to Conference from Philippine National Police Colonel David Vinluan.

Held in Bangkok, Thailand on November 3–7, 2025, The 43rd ASEAN National Police (ASEANAPOL) Conference, was hosted by the Royal Thai Police, and convened in under the theme “Collaboration in Action: Crushing Scam, Disrupting Fraud, and Protecting People.”

The five-day event united the Chiefs of Police and senior law enforcement officials from the then ten ASEAN Member Countries, ( Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Timor-Leste has recently become the 11th on 26th Oct 2025  )  alongside Dialogue Partners and Observers from across the globe, to strengthen operational cooperation and develop unified strategies against transnational organized crime, particularly online scams, fraud, and digital exploitation.
