The first National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) Serious Organised Acquisitive Crime Conference (SOAC) recently took place in Cardiff, Wales. PolicingTV was invited to attend, and filmed a number of contributions from those at the conference, including NPCC SOAC Portfolio Lead DCC Amanda Blakeman and KeyNote Speaker Sir Rob Wainwright, plus a number of speakers, delegates and exhibitors.
