Superintendent Cam Western is the Officer in Charge of the Western Australia Police Force’s (WAPOL’s) State Operations Command Centre (SOCC).

In an interview recorded at the SOCC, he gives PolicingTV’s Founder and Publisher, Bernard Rix, a tour of the facility and tells us about the work that goes on from the SOCC. He also tells us about its history and development, and reveals the unusual previous use of the room housing the SOCC.
