Policing Insight and PolicingTV Publisher Bernard Rix recently met Robert Leach, Chair of the techUK Justice and Emergency Services Committee, for a Policing Friendship Tour walk-and-talk along the banks of the River Thames near Chiswick, London. 

In addition to chairing the techUK committee, Robert runs his own advisory firm, R Leach Consulting. He has an extensive background, both public and private sector, in policing-related ICT, having led the UK’s Police ICT Company as well as previously working with a number of blue chip policing ICT suppliers.
