Representing the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) at the World Police Summit in Dubai, the IACP President, Chief John Letteney took time out to record an interview for PolicingTV with PolicingTV and Policing Insight Founder and Publisher, Bernard Rix.
IACP President Letteney looks back at the 130 year history of the IACP from its foundation (as the National Association of Chiefs of Police in 1893 to the present day. He sets out how the Association has grown to its present 32,000 members in over 170 countries, and talks about the wide range of policing events and services the IACP now provides, before looking forward to how the IACP plans to develop over the coming years.
