PolicingTV Publisher Bernard Rix visits Dubai Police’s Smart Police Station at Al Muraqqabat. These self-service police stations are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with services offered in six different languages. Smart Police Stations are designed to make it easier for the public to interact with the police, and to improve the quality of service the police provide. 

 

Bernard is met at the Smart Police Station by Professor Jorge Roman, a Chilean national who is a Business Excellence Advisor at Dubai Police. Jorge then hands over to First Lieutenant Ahmad Ibrahim Ahmad Amadi, who provides a commentary as Bernard navigates inside the Smart Police Station.
