Policing Insight and PolicingTV Publisher Bernard Rix recently met Richard Ullger, the Commissioner of Police for the Royal Gibraltar Police (RGP).

Richard and Bernard discuss some of the RGP’s policing successes and the challenges, ranging from recruitment and diversity; how, with its limited resources, the force meets challenge of preventing and tackling international and local crime; and how Brexit continues to have an impact on the force’s work.

With filming in three separate locations across Gibraltar, the pictures also capture something of the beauty and attraction of the peninsula.
