As part of his Policing Friendship Tour, Policing Insight and PolicingTV Publisher Bernard Rix recently travelled to the Isles of Scilly, where he met PC Ian Cocklin, Body Worn Video (BWV) Subject Matter Expert for Dorset and Devon and Cornwall police forces, and Staff Officer to the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) BWV Portfolio Lead.

 

Ian and Bernard discuss the initial challenges associated with introducing Body Worn Video, as well as the current challenges and opportunities to deliver greater operational and community benefit from the technology.
