Dr Phil Kowalick is President of the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers (AIPIO). An experienced senior manager with a demonstrated history of working in government roles, the management consulting industry and in not-for-profit peak representative bodies, he is skilled in crisis management, law enforcement, emergency management, intelligence, and national security. Dr Kowalick is a strong business development professional with a PhD focused in Law from University of New England (AU); he is also Adjunct Professor at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
