    Interesting listening however, very little in regards to the understanding of cultural differences when policing. As this is where there is a huge issue which continually needs to be addressed however, in my humble opinion it is not addressed. As it is a subject that the force seems to be reluctant to address and this is were the trust, confidence and belief in the police has been lost.

    It is believed that the understanding of unconscious and conscious bias would assist along with historical and lived experience, there are no books for these unfortunately.
