In this interview at the Tech UK Head Offices we hear from Naomi Bolton from Cloud Gateway the chair of the Violence Against Women and Girls and Rape and Serious Sexual Offences Working Group at Tech UK and her colleague Cinzia Miatto the program manager for Justice and Emergency Services at Tech UK. (Tech UK is the UK trade association for the tech industry.)
We also hear from Nayane Tiraboschi, the vice chair for the VAWG and RASSO group. VAWG stands for violence against women and girls, and RASSO is rape and serious sexual offences.
She talks about some of the amazing achievements with the group so far such as the strategic threat and risk assessment second iteration that they collaborated on which helped to provide critical insights into emerging trends and vulnerabilities, which in turn allowed them to tailor a better strategic document.
She also talks about their support for the digital evidence project and their collaboration with charities and others to help vulnerable communities to be better equipped to protect women online and for them to tackle online crimes, online crimes against women in a more efficient way.
