These were some of the key issues discussed by Phill Matthews, who’s just stepped down after six years as chair of the Police Federation’s conduct and performance sub-committee.

Phill, who served with Nottinghamshire Police for three decades, spoke to Policing TV’s Chief Presenter, Danny Shaw, for the latest edition of ‘Talking Crime’.
