Policing Insight and PolicingTV Publisher Bernard Rix recently met Robin Smith, the Chief Officer of the States of Jersey Police. Previous to his appointment as Jersey’s chief police officer, Robin had spent over 30 years in UK policing, with senior leadership roles in Surrey Police, Sussex Police and the British Transport Police.
