Prior to his retirement as a serving senior UK police officer, Lincolnshire Police Deputy Chief Constable (DCC) Jason Harwin KPM led the National Police Chiefs’ Council’s (NPCC’s) work on drugs.
He joined the police as a Special Constable in Derbyshire, then pursued a policing career with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Police, South Yorkshire Police and Cleveland Police prior to his time in Lincolnshire. In this third video of a three part series, Jason tells PolicingTV’s Bernard Rix more about his work, including with several charities, now that he has handed in his police officer warrant card.
