Karen recently completed a thirty year career in policing with the Metropolitan Police Service, before taking on the role of Vice President at IPA Section UK. The International Police Association (IPA) is a friendship organisation for members of the police force, whether in employment or retired, and without distinction as to rank, position, gender, race, language or religion. The IPA currently has around 372,000 members in around 100 countries worldwide.
