In our 4th Episode, focusing on the important work of the College of Policing, Former DCC Jason Harwin – KPM talks with Assistant Chief Constable Tom Harding, who is the Director of Operational Standards.

During the episode Tom shares his policing journey and his reflections on his first 12 months in the College. He shares the current priorities for his team, particularly around improving neighbourhood policing and public protection and the work the college are leading to improve standards and shares how local officers and staff can play their part in improving standards.
