Former British Army Royal Engineer and serving Police Office, Gary Callier, is the founder of the Police UK Disability Sport Community Interest Company (CIC). He is an Invictus Games Competitor and multiple medal winner, with 3 Gold, 3 Silver, and 1 Bronze medal. In the second part, he tells us about the Police UK Disability Sport CIC, and how PolicingTV viewers can support the work of the CIC through putting their name to an online petition, which can be found here.
Earlier in the first video, he talked to PolicingTV’s Bernard Rix about his background, including in the military and in policing, and in part three Bernard Rix meets Gary’s fellow team members of the Police Wheelchair Rugby team – including Eyan Naylor of Devon & Cornwall Constabulary, Dylan Darby and Ed Humphries of West Mercia Police, and Yorkie Howard – at a training session and match hosted in Reading by the Berkshire Banshees.
