As the flagship event of British APCO – the UK’s professional association for public safety communications, led by the emergency services – the BAPCO Annual Event is built by emergency services professionals, for emergency services professionals.
For 2026, that commitment goes even further. Alongside the expertise of the wider association, a dedicated Advisory Board of emergency services professionals is shaping every aspect of the show, from content and themes to the conversations that matter most.
This means the 2026 event is truly different. Every part of the show has been curated with users at its core, driven by real operational experience and the people working on the frontline.
Across the two days, visitors can explore a packed exhibition bringing together 90+ suppliers, showcasing the latest solutions across critical communications, control room technology, ESN transition, broadband and MCX, AI, mapping, cyber resilience, interoperability and frontline mobility.
But BAPCO is about more than what’s on the stands. It’s about leaving with real insight, practical learning, and a stronger understanding of what’s coming next. Visitors can expect 60+ CPD-accredited conference sessions across three theatres, alongside guided Tech Tours designed to help attendees discover solutions aligned to key themes including ESN, AWS, connected vehicles, next-gen control rooms and AI-driven operations.
New for 2026, visitors can also explore dedicated feature areas including the ESN Zone, AWS & Partners Zone, Ordnance Survey GeoZone, Wellness Zone, and a dedicated Vehicle Demo Area, bringing frontline technology to life through live demonstrations and real-world capability.
